La refonte d\u2019une organisation centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019employ\u00e9 exige des technologies de l\u2019information qui fa\u00e7onnent et qui d\u00e9ploient les capacit\u00e9s d\u2019innover et de collaborer.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>\u00c0 l\u2019agenda des d\u00e9cideurs<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/events\/emea\/digital-workplace#section_agenda\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sommet sur l\u2019environnement de travail num\u00e9rique<\/a>, organis\u00e9 par Gartner, est une manifestation de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat grandissant des d\u00e9cideurs pour ce virage. Les perspectives quant au futur du travail et \u00e0 la collaboration num\u00e9rique figurent \u00e0 leur agenda afin qu\u2019ils puissent anticiper les nouveaux usages et d\u00e9velopper des talents qui ma\u00eetrisent ceux-ci. Le magazine Harvard Business Review a publi\u00e9 un <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/resources\/pdfs\/comm\/workplace\/TheDigitizationOfCollaboration.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rapport sur la collaboration num\u00e9rique par l\u2019usage d\u2019outils sociaux<\/a>, comme la plate-forme de communication collaborative Slack ou l\u2019outil de microblogage Yammer. Les auteurs concluent que les organisations ayant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 l\u2019adoption de ces fa\u00e7ons de faire \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de leur structure et de leurs \u00e9quipes obtiennent un avantage concurrentiel.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des organisations<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Dans son rapport <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/content\/dam\/Deloitte\/global\/Documents\/About-Deloitte\/central-europe\/ce-global-human-capital-trends.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rewriting The Rules For The Digital Age<\/a>, le cabinet-conseil Deloitte d\u00e9voilait que 80\u00a0% des dirigeants consid\u00e8rent l\u2019exp\u00e9rience employ\u00e9 importante ou tr\u00e8s importante. Du m\u00eame coup, seulement 22\u00a0% d\u2019entre eux estiment l\u2019exp\u00e9rience employ\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant un \u00e9l\u00e9ment diff\u00e9renciateur. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience num\u00e9rique des employ\u00e9s est omnipr\u00e9sente au tableau des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.servicenow.com\/content\/dam\/servicenow-assets\/public\/en-us\/doc-type\/resource-center\/ebook\/ebook-chro-report-comp.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pr\u00e9occupations des directeurs en ressources humaines, qui sont bien conscients des enjeux qu\u2019elle pose<\/a>. L\u2019ensemble des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices soulev\u00e9s suscite un int\u00e9r\u00eat grandissant chez toutes les parties prenantes. Toutefois, une large partie des organisations pr\u00e9sente un niveau de maturit\u00e9 peu \u00e9lev\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience employ\u00e9. Une ma\u00eetrise des technologies SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics et Cloud) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.com\/ca\/fr\/services\/consulting\/perspective-hr-function-transformation\/how-to-design-a-modern-digital-talent-experience.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">facilitera la concr\u00e9tisation de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience attendue par les employ\u00e9s<\/a>. La capacit\u00e9 et la rapidit\u00e9 d\u2019adoption des nouvelles technologies par les individus exc\u00e8dent souvent celles des organisations. N\u00e9anmoins, les attentes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019exp\u00e9rience employ\u00e9 sont le reflet des usages des technologies au quotidien.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Des exemples et des r\u00e9sultats<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En repositionnant l\u2019employ\u00e9 au centre de leurs pr\u00e9occupations, les organisations souhaitent augmenter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revuegestion.ca\/pas-de-transformation-numerique-sans-metamorphose-des-dirigeants\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019investissement des employ\u00e9s dans le succ\u00e8s organisationnel<\/a>. Cette transformation comporte des avantages document\u00e9s pour<a href=\"https:\/\/www.accenture.com\/us-en\/insight-employee-experience-reimagined\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> les entreprises priv\u00e9es<\/a>. En se basant sur l\u2019indice boursier Standard &amp; Poor\u2019s (S&amp;P) 500, les entreprises engag\u00e9es dans une excellente exp\u00e9rience employ\u00e9 surpassent de 122\u00a0% les r\u00e9sultats des autres entreprises.
